Martial artists recognize the importance of treating bruises because of the resulting congestion of Qi (energy) and blood.
Organic Alcohol de Caña, cu Da huang (Vinegar Rhubarb), Zhi zi (Gardenia), Hong hua (Safflower), Huang bai (Phellodendron Bark), Mo yao (Myrrh), Ru xiang (Frankincense), Xue jie (Dragon's Blood), Lu lu tong (Sweetgum Tree Fruit), and Dang gui wei (Chinese Angelica Root tails)
◾️ TO USE:
Shake well before use. Apply a small amount to palm and gently pat affected area. Massage into painful areas to break up knots. Can be applied to joints, tendon attachments, or directly to area if pain levels allow. May be used on children.
