medicinal Chinese herbs are aged in alcohol to extract their healing properties. An original recipe from Kung Fu Martial Arts, this trauma liniment has been used for hundreds of years to speed the healing of bruises, contusions, bumps, sprains, and strains. Martial artists recognize the importance of treating bruises because of the resulting congestion of Qi (energy) and blood.

◾️ INGREDIENTS:
Organic Alcohol de Caña, Da huang (Vinegar Rhubarb), Zhi zi (Gardenia), Hong hua (Safflower), Huang bai (Phellodendron Bark), Mo yao (Myrrh), Ru xiang (Frankincense), Xue jie (Dragon's Blood), Lu lu tong (Sweetgum Tree Fruit), and Dang gui wei (Chinese Angelica Root tails)

◾️ TO USE:
Shake well before use. Apply a small amount to palm and gently pat affected area. Massage into painful areas to break up knots. Can be applied to joints, tendon attachments, or directly to area if pain levels allow. May be used on children.

▪️ AS AN HERBAL POULTICE, soak a gauze pad with our Trauma Liniment and keep over bruised area. Reapply as needed.

▪️ Da Huang (VRhubarb): promotes blood circulation, enters the Liver, removes blood stasis and blood blockages due to cold or heat, breaks up blood stasis, drains excess heat from the blood layer; amenorrhea, lochia stasis, masses and trauma due to blood stasis
▪️ Zhi Zi (Gardenia): reduces swelling and moves blood stasis due to trauma; expels heat from the muscles and flesh
▪️ Hong Hua (Safflower): promotes blood circulation, removes blood stasis, stops pain
▪️ Huang Bai (Phellodendron): invigorates blood circulation, disperses blood stasis, cools the blood; enters deep into the bones to treat migrating joint pain in the limbs and weakness and aching soreness of the feet and knees
▪️ Mo Yao (Myrrh): promotes blood circulation, relieve pain and swellings, promote tissue regeneration
▪️ Ru Xiang (Frankincense): promotes blood circulation, relieve pain and swellings, promote tissue regeneration and qi movement
▪️ Xue Jie (Dragon's Blood): promotes blood circulation, regeneration of tissues and heals wounds, stops bleeding
▪️ Lu Lu Tong (Sweetgum fruit): expels wind and opens the channels and invigorates blood and qi

EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Do not apply to open wounds, cuts, or abrasions. Avoid the lower abdomen on pregnant women. Do not combine with medicated plasters simultaneously, as the herbs in each can react with each other. Do not apply to eyes, mouth, or genitals. Do not apply additional heat when using liniments, such as heating pads and hot showers.

Keep out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Store in a cool, dark, and dry place to protect medicinal properties from oxidation.
